How it works
Know how the marks add up.
Enter each assessment's score out of 100 and its percentage weighting. Leave unused rows empty. The calculator rejects incomplete rows, negative scores and weights above a combined 100%.
A worked starting point
A score of 80 worth 50% and a score of 70 worth 50% give (80 × 50 + 70 × 50) ÷ 100 = 75%. If you enter only completed assessments, the result is normalised over their entered weight, not a prediction of the final course result.
What this tool cannot do
The displayed GPA and letter are US-style illustrations, not universal conversions. Australian WAM, UK classifications, hurdle requirements, reassessments and progression rules depend on your institution. Consult its official handbook.
