5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in the currency agreed during communication
  • We do not store credit card or bank details

6. Revisions & Refunds

Revisions

  • Free revisions are provided if the delivered work does not meet the original requirements
  • Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Additional requirements not in the original brief may incur extra charges

Refunds

  • Full refund if we fail to deliver the work by the agreed deadline
  • Partial refund if the work significantly deviates from requirements after revision attempts
  • No refund if the work meets the original requirements
  • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

7. Intellectual Property

  • Once full payment is received, you receive full ownership of the delivered work
  • We guarantee the work is original and plagiarism-free
  • We do not resell or redistribute completed assignments
  • We retain no copies after delivery and payment

8. Confidentiality
